Genesis Health Alliance is an alliance of 21 tri-state hospitals whose primary mission is to improve the health status of the communities we serve. We pursue our mission by assisting our member hospitals and their respective medical staff physicians in the areas of community health initiatives, clinical shared services functions, regional group purchasing agreements, and other appropriate networking opportunities. Genesis Health Alliance was founded in 1995, and is a not-for-profit organization.
